About:- Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024

India was able to attain her freedom from foreign yoke after a historic struggle where countless individuals, named and unnamed, made supreme sacrifices. The dream of independent India was realized, and the foundation of the modern nation was laid on the sacrifices made by our founding fathers. Our country has grown from strength to strength and today, as the largest democracy in the world, India stands testimony to the soundness of its age-old democratic values, pluralistic traditions and unflinching commitment to its unity and sovereignty.

Many citizens have worked tirelessly and selflessly to promote the cause of national unity and integrity and to strengthen the fabric of the country as one nation in different spheres, namely  Social Development, Youth Development, Agriculture Development, Industrial Development, Technical Development, Economic Development, Human Development, Social Awareness, Women Empowerment, Thoughts & Literature, Cultural Leadership, Academic Leadership, Community Leadership, Business Leadership, Communication Business Administration, Sports, World Peace, Social Justice, Scientific Research, Education, Linguistics, Film, Drama and Theatre, Art & Culture, Sand Sculpture & Fine Arts, Media & Communication, Technological Management, Software & Information Technology etc.

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024 Academic Awards, seeks to recognize notable and inspiring contributions that reinforce the value of a strong and united India. The award will be announced, on the birth anniversary of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Ji on 28^th September 2024

Award Selection Committee: The selection committee comprises 15 eminent members who represent diverse fields.

Once the applicant has filled the required nomination form, the selection committee shall review the credentials and shortlist candidates. The committee is responsible to scrutinize the short-listed nominees & evaluate the likely benefits to be derived by the common man by his / her work.

In the final stage, the nominee is selected based on importance of his /her qualification, experience, & impact of his/her research for the overall benefit of the common man and its essential ingredient for the development of the country in the respective fields.  

About IEI

The Institution of Engineers (India) [IEI] is the largest multi-disciplinary professional body of engineers, established in 1920 with its Headquarters located in Kolkata and incorporated under Royal Charter on 9th September, 1935 by the then His Majesty of King George V. The Royal Charter endowed the Institution with the responsibility to promote the general advancement of engineering amongst its members and persons attached to the Institution. After Independence, the Institution is a “Body Corporate” protected under Article 372 of the Constitution of India. The Institution of Engineers (India) is administered by a National Council with the President as its Head. The Institution has been serving the engineering fraternity for over a Century with its national and international presence through 125 Centres spread all over India, 6 Overseas Chapters, 6 Fora and an Organ namely Engineering Staff College of India (ESCI), Hyderabad. The Institution encompasses 15 (fifteen) engineering disciplines with a Corporate membership of over 2 lakhs.

2.        Candidates will be free to select their category, however the final decision to confer a particular title will rest solely with the committee.

3.        Once the candidate has read the conditions, they are requested to fill-up the nomination form. (Please ensure that you fill the form completely to avoid rejection)

4.        Candidates are then required to forward their Nomination form and update CV to awards@iardo.com After receiving the nomination form, the candidate shall receive an acknowledgement

5.        In case the nomination is accepted, the candidate shall receive a congratulatory email and a Payment Link

6.        Candidates are advised to complete the payment process immediately and send across a screenshot of the transaction to awards@iardo.com

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for Lifetime Achievement National Award for Innovations in Research: Applicants for this award must have a minimum five (5) years of experience in research with a minimum three (3) publications. The applicants should have at least one (1) copyright or patent / published or recognized innovative work.

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for contribution in Specific Field: Applicants for this award must have a minimum five (5) years of experience in any field with at least three (3) publications. They should have any remarkable achievements / copyright or patent / published or recognized innovative work.

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for academic Leadership: Applicants for this award must have a minimum four (4) years of experience in any field with at least five (5) publications in National / International level. Handled various responsibility of   Administration.  They should have any remarkable achievements / received any Awards in their life. The Applicant must be a M.S. / Ph.D. holder.

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for outstanding Research Supervisor: Applicants for this award must have a minimum four (4) years of experience in teaching and / or research in an academic / research position equivalent to Assistant / Associate / Professor at the University, College or Accredited Research Institution with a minimum ten (10) publications and supervised more than three (3) candidates for M.Phil. and / or Ph.D.

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for Best Young Scholar: Applicants for this award must have registered for or awarded Ph.D. in any branches of Sciences, Technology, Medicine or Social Sciences (enclose a copy of the registration/Award). They should have published at least two research papers in refereed National/International journals and presented papers in two National/International Conferences. The maximum age limit to apply for best young researcher is 30 years.

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for Best Young Teacher: Teachers working at Colleges/Universities/Schools are welcome to apply for the Best Young Teacher Award. They must have at least two (2) years of teaching experience. The maximum age limit to apply for best young teacher is 32 years

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for Best Young Scientist: Applicants for this award must work at any Organization/Institution/College/University are welcome to apply for the Best Young Scientist Award. They must have at least three (3) years of Research experience, good number of publications and innovations in publications. The maximum age limit to apply for best young scientist is 35 years.

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for Best Researcher: Applicants for this award must have registered for or awarded Ph.D. in any branches of Sciences, Technology, Medicine or Social Sciences (enclose a copy of the registration/Award). They should have published at least two research papers in refereed National/International journals and presented papers in two National/International Conferences.

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for Best Mentor: Applicants for this award must work at Colleges/Universities/Schools are welcome to apply for the Best Teacher Award. They must have at least four (4) years of teaching experience.

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for Best Scientist: Applicants for this award must work at any Organization/Institution/College/University are welcome to apply for the Best Scientist Award. They must have at least five (5) years of Research experience and good number of publications and innovations in publications.

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for outstanding Performance in Teaching: Applicants for this award must have a minimum three (3) years of experience in teaching or, teaching and research position equivalent to Assistant /Associate / Professor at the University, College or Accredited Research Institution with a minimum three (3) publications.

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for Best Research Supervisor: Applicants for this award must have a minimum seven (7) years of experience in teaching and/or research in an academic/research position equivalent to Assistant /Associate / Professor at the University/ College or Accredited Research Institution with a minimum five (5) publications and supervised more than five (5) candidates for M.Phil. and/or Ph.D.

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for Teaching and Research Excellence: Applicants for this award must have a minimum ten (10) years of experience in teaching and/or research in an academic/ research position equivalent to Assistant/Associate/Professor at the University/ College/Accredited Research Institution with a minimum ten (10) publications.

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for Industry Expert: Applicants for this award must have a minimum ten (10) years of experience in any Industry with good track records and Publications.

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for Best Librarian: Applicants for this award must have a minimum five (5) years of experience in library field at any University/College/School/Accredited Research Institution with a minimum three (3) publications

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for Best Faculty Award: Teachers/ Professors working at Colleges/Universities are welcome to apply for the Best Faculty Award. They must have at least ten (10) years of teaching experience.

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for Best Social Scientist: Professors/ Researchers working at Colleges/ Universities are welcome to apply for the scientist/ social scientist Award. They must have at least eight (8) years of teaching/ research experience and have published at least five research papers in the refereed National / International Journal.

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for Best Research Supervisor : Applicants for this award must have a minimum ten years of experience in teaching and / or research in an academic / research position equivalent to Assistant Professor at the University, College or Accredited Research Institution with evidence of published work 2 and a minimum 8 publications as books and / or research /policy papers. Having experience in conducting training programmes, supervised more than 5 students for PhD.

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for Social Worker Award: The award recipient must have contributed outstanding achievements in the field of upliftment of downtrodden people. Outstanding Service Award/ Achievement Award for Excellence in Education: Principals/ Directors/ Deans/ Controllers/ Registrars working at Colleges/Universities are welcome to apply for the Outstanding Service and Achievement Award for Excellence in Education.

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for Research Scholar Award -This award honours the research associates/scholars for his or her thesis. (Please enclose PhD, university registration letter)

Rashtriya Gaurav Awards – 2024; Academic Award for Engineering Award (Branch Specific) This award will honour the Engineering Student/Engineering Graduate for his or her performance in the field of engineering.
