About the Institution:

St. Mary’s Centenary College of Management Secunderabad, established in the year 2023 by the Hyderabad Archdiocese Educational Society, is a Co-education Catholic Christian Minority Institution. The college functions under the patronage of His Excellence Cardinal Poola Anthony, Metropolitan Archbishop of Hyderabad. The college is centrally located in Secunderabad, WiFi campus with state-of-the-art infrastructure.

About IQAC

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of SMCCOM  has played a crucial role in initiating quality measures to enhance educational excellence. The IQAC focuses on improving teaching, learning and evaluation, research, outcome-based education, extension activities, consultancy, and other core areas that contribute to the holistic development of individuals on campus. Serving as a central agency, it coordinates quality-related activities, disseminates best practices, collects and analyzes stakeholder feedback, conducts academic and administrative audits, and ensures the timely submission of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) following NAAC guidelines, aiming for continuous improvement in institutional performance.

Established in 1962, the Department of Business Management is one of India's oldest business management schools. With over six decades of dedicated service in management education, training, and research, the department was created as an independent entity with the aim of empowering its faculty to innovate and initiate various academic initiatives. Our focus is on designing and delivering high-value academic and research programs in the latest and emerging areas of management.

About Faculty Development Programme

The FDP will explore the integration and application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Higher Education, specifically designed for university and college educators. It aims to demonstrate how AI can transform teaching methodologies, boost student engagement, and improve educational quality. Participants will engage in dynamic, hands-on learning experiences, discussing personalized learning solutions and navigating ethical considerations. The workshop will foster a collective understanding of AI’s potential to reshape and elevate the future of learning institutions and improve overall educational experiences.
