ABOUT THE COLLEGE
With our Founder President's unparalleled vision and dynamic leadership of Dr. Ashok K. Chauhan, Amity Institute of Food Technology (AIFT) was established under the aegis of Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida in 2006. As a mission, AIFT has been functioning as a model educational & Research institution and creating valuable human resource in the Food Science, Technology and Nutrition Domain for the last 17 years. AIFT offers three Under-graduate programmes – B. Tech. (Food Technology), B.Tech. (Food Technology) – International, B. Sc. (H) (Nutrition & Dietetics); two Post-graduate programmes – M. Tech. (Food Technology) and M.Sc. (Foods & Nutrition) and two Doctoral programmes – Ph.D. (Food Technology) & Ph.D. (Foods & Nutrition). It has also successfully built Academia-Industry linkages to facilitate easy access for students for their Trainings and Placements. Institute is also taking a big leap in discovering, developing and designing next generation food and nutrition concepts which would eventually meet the needs of Industry and people to overcome malnutrition, optimal conservation and utilization of nation's food resources. The Institute has several thematic research clusters as: functional foods & nutraceuticals, biofilms, underutilized foods, valorizations, food equipment designing, meat analogues, food safety & sustainability. The department collaborates with many national and international organizations to generate cutting-edge technologies for sustainable food systems.
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Over the last 50 years, food systems have transitioned from rural to industrialized models, impacting diets, health, livelihoods, and environmental sustainability. Climate change compounds these challenges, with extreme weather, shifting agricultural patterns, and rising temperatures threatening food security. To address this, sustainable innovations in food science and technology are essential. These advancements will revolutionize food production, consumption, and distribution while tackling global issues like climate change, nutrition, and environmental impact.

th The 8 AMIFOST 2025, hosted by the Amity Institute of Food Technology, focuses on “The Future of Food
Science & Technology: Innovations, Sustainability, and Health.” This conference explores key trends and
collaborative strategies to create a resilient and sustainable food ecosystem. By uniting farmers, researchers,
policymakers, and consumers, we can build a food system that nourishes both people and the planet.
CALL FOR PAPER SUBMISSION
Researchers, scientists, policy makers, academicians, and students are invited to submit a 300- word abstract on any of the conference themes or related areas to ic@conferenceworld.in by 26th March 2025. A committee will review the abstract and the selected abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings with ISBN No.

Non- Author Participation (Only for attending the conference) :500 INR
Presenting the paper in the conference (Max 3 Authors in a paper) : 1500 INR
Publication in conference proceeding with ISBN ( Max 3 Authors in a paper ): 2000 INR
Publication in conference proceeding with ISBN and Publication in Journal: 2500 INR (Peer Reviewed),
8000 INR (Web of Science), 12000 INR (Scopus)
If More than three authors, each additional author will have to pay 500 INR.
Page Limit 12, INR 100 will be Charged for each additional page. All papers will undergo a double blind peer review process and the criteria for acceptance will be based on quality, originality, technical content and relevance.
